Welcome to Dat Health Dough!

My name is Hannah Gullo, and I love all things health, fitness and travel! I am currently a flight attendant for a charter company, and am also a certified personal trainer. I spend a great deal of time at the gym working on my own fitness goals, in addition to helping each of my clients achieve all of theirs.

I started Dat Health Dough because I love sweets, but I also love feeling and looking my best–and usually those do not go hand in hand. I wanted to create something that would curb the daily (and nightly) sweet tooth while also being nutrient-dense and filling, so that you don’t feel the need to keep indulging. I also wanted them to be the perfect size and snack for those who are living life on-the-go, need a little something to tide them over between meals, looking to curb that sweet tooth before bed, and everything in between!

The Inside Scoop

I did a ton of research on other companies and brands that made protein cookie dough, and I was just not too impressed with their ingredients. I didn’t love all the different oils and preservatives being used, and being someone who works out every day, I wanted something a bit more protein-dense and macro-friendly.

I worked for several months perfecting the flavors, consistency, ingredients and macros and I believe the final result to be something absolutely delicious.  I am very excited to be sharing it with all of you!

About the Dough

Dat Health Dough is a protein-packed cookie dough, with amazing flavor options and amazing macros to match! This cookie dough is made with flavorless Naked Casein & PEScience flavored protein powder, along with a short list of natural ingredients and flavors, such as unsweetened applesauce, Celtic Sea Salt, coconut oil, Monk fruit and natural extracts.

Each flavor has slightly different ingredients, making their flavors distinct from each other. This also may change whether or not they contain gluten, nuts, fruit, etc.
